Introducing Caster. This lovely lad came to use after being found straying locally in quite a sorry state. Whilst he was being fed by the lovely locals his fur was very matted so we assume he has been fending for himself for a while.

He has been to the groomers for a pamper, which he loved but unfortunately his coat was so matted he had to be shaved, however he was an absolute gent at the groomers and spent the entire time purring and enjoying cuddles. He is much more comfortable now and will have a gorgeous fluffy coat once it grows back. This will need brushing by his new owners to keep in top condition.

As he was a stray we don’t have much information on him however estimate him to be around 2-3 years old. We think he could live with gentle, cat savvy children and potentially other cats with careful introductions. He hasn’t met any dogs in his foster home but may be able to live with calm, cat friendly dogs.

Whilst being in foster he has been the perfect guest, he loves nothing more than curling up on the sofa with his foster mum and having a good cuddle. In return he serenades her with lots of purring!

He eats wet and dry food, is clean in his litter tray and will go to his new home neutered, microchipped and having his first vaccinations. His new owner will need to take him to our vets in Swadlincote or Tamworth in 3-4 weeks for his second vaccination. This is included in the adoption donation of £90.
