Meet Ghost, this lovely lad, who we anticipate to be around 6 – 8 years old, came into to us as a stray in a very sorry state with terrible injuries to his ear and generally in very poor condition. Since being in foster his ear has healed brilliantly and he is a lovely, fussy boy. He greets his foster mum with a meow when she comes in to the room and has a favourite sunny spot on the windowsill where he spends most of his time.
He is clean in his litter tray and eats wet and dry food. He is desperate to go outside and so will need a home away from busy roads where he can go out and explore once he is settled. We think he will be fine to be rehomed with cat savvy children (6+) and may be a little shy initially and will need his own room where he can decompress and explore on his own terms but with a bit of chicken and time he will be a lovely, fussy boy.
As we don’t know anything about his history and have been unable to see how he gets on with the other cats in his foster home we think he may be able to live with another neutered, friendly female but are unsure with dogs.
Ghost will go to his new home neutered, microchipped and having had his first vaccinations. His new owner will need to be able to take him for his second at our vets in either Tamworth or Swadlincote in 3 weeks time. An adoption donation of £90 applies.
